I love the laptop itself. It's runs great. But the battery doesn't hold a charge. When it arrived the first thing I did was charge it. But now (4 days later) the battery stays on 2% and won't charge. I have to keep it plugged in at all times. I'm going to buy a new charger next and see if that fixes the issues.Edit: Took the laptop to best buy and they informed me I was sent a HP charger for a dell laptop. The wattage isn't even the same. I had to pay an additional $60 for the correct charger.
