Got this for mom for Christmas, as she was still using an old Lenovo with an HDD. She loves it and hasn't had any issues with it (that weren't user error, anyway).Seems battery life is around 10 hours at the most. Somewhat dissapointing.Came out of the box not able to load anything. My husband works with computers and he couldn't get it to work. Now they want me to pay to return it! I can't drop it off at an Amazon store (Whole Foods) I have to go to the post office somewhere in my abundance of free time (I have 4 kids, run a mini farm, and go to school full time. Some of my kids are autistic and some are in after school sports)! Now I have to wait 3-5 business days after they get the item back to hopefully have the money in my bank account to buy a new laptop someplace else!I am fed up with crappy products from Amazon! I'm going to Best Buy now!I received the laptop and plugged it into the outlet. The laptop will not charge, so I purchased another power cord to see if this would remedy the problem. It did not so, now I am waiting for a replacement battery to arrive. New laptop and already having problems. Disappointed and pissed offI just spent a week with Dell trying to set up this laptop, finally Dell said if I bought it through Amazon they couldn't confirm my order and I needed to get product support through Amazon. Amazon refers you to Dell. Sick of the terrible product support by Dell.I wanted to have help to configure this computer to receive internet via ethernet. They didn't give good advice and finally gave up.It was great!!!Just bought this as a Xmas gift for my daughter. Trying to set it up for her and it has crashed 3 times and makes me start all over.Update: now a pixel damaged box appeared, and Settings will not open.
