I liked the color and it's size. The processor is very slow and battery life doesn't last longer than 2 hours topsFrom the second time I turned on the laptop, it keeps shutting down after 10 minutes or less. A blue screen comes up and then an error message saying that there has been an error. After this then a black screen comes up which is the boot menu. I can only get back on the laptop after restarting it. I cant keep doing this 6 times in an hour.I need this fixed please.The condition of the body is fine though.Like the fact that the battery is strong.Great productFor the price, this laptop is amazing. I bought it for my 7 year old child to school from home, and it fits the bill perfectly. The price is fantastic for the power you get. She has no problems with zoom or office and can play Roblox and minecraft with zero lag. Great performance for the price - have already recommended to several friends. The screen is not fantastic, but is perfectly fine for the price and what we needed it for.Good battery life, good value for moneyI appreciate the slim and lighter weight than my previous laptop. Screen quality is excellent. Easy to charge and long lasting. I took a while shopping with concern for price. This has been a good deal.Bought to replace a Dell that was over 4 years old and starting to have problems. this one does not have CD/DVD drive but does ok.
